Mindfulness Meditation

Every Sunday at 5 – 6:15 pm | Crescent Moon Yoga and Healing Center | These drop-in classes are designed to help you integrate mindfulness and self-compassion into your life. A chance to reconnect with your inner wisdom and compassionate self. The meditations will ease your body and soul. ​Each class includes instructions, guided and silent meditations, mindful movement, and Q&A discussion. Chairs, cushions and blankets are provided, although feel free to bring your own if you choose.
